But my stance is it’s the amount of time under stress that ages you

Longer time under stress = more aging

Shorter burst of intense stress = less aging

So someone who is lifting 2-3 days a week an hour max will age less than someone who is doing a 9-5 manual labor job, or hell even a regular 9/5 because they are constantly under stress for hours and hours a day

Why do you think manual labor guys don’t get big from working their job? Because they damage the body beyond repair hence the muscle does not grow

Crossfitters, runners, wagies with stressful jobs, manual labor guys etc will age more than someone who lifts an hour 3x a week because of the time under stress
