CAn some young high school autist here study and become a plastic surgeon?
You get a more real world education on this site than any other plastic surgeon.
Learn the technique and science in school, but more importantly you will have the philosophical base acquired here.
Become a primarily male focused surgeon, willing to move bone at any cost, dont charge up to ass, and change peoples lives.

Learn Gene editing asap too, to help prevent this fucking circus to begin with.
