I’ve been averaging about 4 hours (at most ) recently, and it shows on me face. I am unfortunately on zombo mode most of the time. This is me at work, my eyes have been burning since I woke up.

Lack of sleep will clap your looks and IQ, don’t think “eh, just this video ig” or you will get fucked. The fact that winter has left my eyes dry as a desert doesn’t help at all

I've literally decreased my 20/20 vision, constant brain fog, headaches, attention span is 0, no strength or stamina, permanent dark circles, dry eyes, etc etc I haven't slept 8 hours a single night in 6 years (I'm 16) hoping if I sleepmaxx like a madman I can reverse the effects
