When I say lightbulb head I mean someone who has a neurocranium/forehead (from front) which is noticably wider than their lower third/gonial width.

Take a look

Forehead/neurocranium width is almost equal to lower third size/width

Chico forehead/neurocranium is noticably overpowering/wider than his lower third size/width.
