  • Eats in Moderate Surplus of 300-500 Calories to Minimize Fat Gain
  • Eats Moderate Protein 0.82 and focusing the rest of calories on fats and carbs for Testosterone Production
  • Stays Lean to Moderately Lean throughout
  • Focusing on Building the most Important Muscles (Delts, Upper Chest, Back)
  • Actually Looks Good
