I always mock gymcopers because they are almost always traumatized insecure manlets who look for a meaning of life in being wider than taller.

They also do dumb shit like pushing yourself to the limit like here just to prove they are worth something.

Could use safety bars or just drop the weight behind your back. Better yet just ditch barbell and do DB/machine workouts If you really don’t want to die

It is a myth that one needs gym to build legs.

Legs literally work in most sports involved in running-moving.

This was avoided by: not doing 1 rep max squats, using 3/5 spotters instead of 1, using safety pins/arms and knowing how to safely fail squats.
Retarded manlet had to prove something though, but he only demonstrated that weights can indeed kill you.

Cycling doesn't grow legs that big. Those douchebag cyclists train in the gym to get big legs.

All the semi-pro cyclists i know have HUGE legs. NO GYM.

I am not sure you can grow as big quads as the guy in the pic without steroids though. i admit.

First of all, it is mostly NOT LONG-DISTANCE RUNNING.

You are supposed to do sprints and medium-distance (1km/3km) runs. I am quite certain your legs will be huge from it.

How do you think football players have huge quads? Mostly intermittent running: short sprints combined with endurance running.
