first workout i actually completed.

did

5x10 rear delts
5x10 laterals
5x10 curls
3x10 tricep extentions


went to the ymca to workout, i saw this jb too man, but i acted autistic in front of her, she was walking toward me, i assumed she was gunna go get the mat next to me so i moved saying "oh my bad" but she just sat down on the machine so my assumption was wrong. it was kinda awk

enjoyed getting a pump tho

You do bro splits. Why not push-pull-legs, full body or upper-lower split. They're much more effective for naturals.

my lazy ass cant handle those kind of workouts escpeically with 0 test levels while cutting.

You need it the most when cutting. It will trigger your body to hold on to more muscle. It's deppressing to see your strength go down tho.
