Heavy usage as an adoolescent causes loss of 6-8 IQ point by midlife with no way to regain them, while heavy usage in adulthood doesn't do anything. I used to only do it twice a month, but I guess I'll stop

Nah I’m talking about like for therapy or addiction. It can help tremendously with it

I used to have a drug issue and a acid trip made me realize I was doing drugs to not feel pain, or deal with my issues and I quit just like that. No withdrawals.

Been a year and a half sober

There are studies for it showing it helps a lot. So I feel that needs to be explored more.
