^ Ignore what the grigger (gray nigger) is doing, but this is the type of machine I'm going to use (top pulley thing, shit you can do pulldowns from)
^ And this is the type of movement I'll be doing
It's going to be one hand at a time due to equipment limitations, so it will be harder to balance
However, this will allow me to rotate and adjust, perfecting the stretch I get
I'm going to do 5-10x daily of this, holding on for as long as I can, trying to loosen up the arm/shoulder as much as I can without dislocating, in order to stretch everything out
Has anyone tried this and have you improved your width/frame?
Also drop new framemaxxing exercises below, not the Reeves shit we've already seen a thousand time but new ideas like this
