- two 2kg dumbbells
- brisk walking/jogging/HIIT once or twice per day, with possible rest days
- different variations of pushups
- playing football for 3 hours once per week
- playing basketball for 1.5 hour twice per week
- dips
- planks
-flexing while sitting in front of my computer

don't
- recommend buying additional equipment
- insult me (exception: calling me a nigger)
- tell me to just joing my local gym
- lecture me on eating habits, I'm aware of what I'm doing wrong in this regard

current stats:
- height: 179 cm
- weight (as of today): 112 kg
- bf%: idk, but it's obviously too high
- overall health: perfect
- mindset: sissy bitch
- previous experience with sports: thousands of hours spent playing football, basketball, table tennis, chess

goals:
- getting to 179/75 by the end of september starting from next monday (cca 10 weeks)
- improving my chest, forearms and shoulders (abs don't matter, my legs are developed enough)

don't want to be seen in one, it's for balding low class manlets and ethnics coping with masculinity

i'll probably get heavier dumbbells in a couple of weeks since 2 kg is barely even adequate for 12 yo girls, but not yet. festina lente is my life motto.

don't have a pullup bar and don't want to have it in my place.

pushups, sure. been able to do 400-500 per day a couple of years ago, it's easy to progress with those. i usually do some more demanding variations like knuckle pushups or those where your feet are elevated.

i can't stress this enough - no one will ever see me lifting iron bars and putting them down for hours like a complete fucking autist.

probably gonna start with running 8 km 2 times per day till it's still summer (6 AM, 20 PM or so)

fair. there's a pullup bar (i think it's one of my brothers) on my dads property that i'm squatting on, and i wouldn't touch that shit with a 10 foot pole

you can sort of do them on a door, but it's not ideal
