My cheekbones are right below my outer corner from my eyes, great support for anti aging, but I noticed when I smile, the fat below cheekbones get pushed against them making my cheeks go puffy.
I am already 12% fat and cutting to 10% right now.
My upper jaw is not recessed.

Is this due to high cheekbones most likely or something else?

if you're 12% it's just fat distribution or the thickness of your skin.

I think forward growth also plays a part, as it allows the skin / fat to "fall in" under the cheekbone and before the mouth.
