Could be due to being too skinny + small fat pads (poor health indicator and looks gaunt/aged). Should be due to large zygos (not wide) and leanness (dimorphic).

Its looks bad for some people and good for others. The worst one is when u start to look like drug addict. The good one is when your lower third are lean but your eyes looks normal.

Lighting, makeup, leanness. Flat zygos aren't necessarily bad.
