A wall, a towel/chairs and a floor. I cannot go to a gym (parents). Also I can't build a fancy home workout equipment (e.g pullup bar) since I dont want my parents to find out. Might be able to convince them to get me a pullup bar in a few months.
I'm already doing some calisthenics, but I want a routine for my entire body that I can just progressive overload. I've searched all over Reddit and YouTube but I still can't compile a good routine
