Since I'm obviously Mexican I have one of the most common Mexican name ever, I feel this is affecting my resume most than anything, employers stop reading after reading my last name jfl

I will get an exotic Latino name and surname that doesn't sound too white or too ethnic, just ambiguous to spark curiosity.
