How can i achieve Badr Hari frame?

I have pretty similar bone structure to Badr Hari

One year...I don't think so, bro, but you'll have some decent newbie gains in the first year, whatsoever, I can PM u some pics to show u my 2 years no gym frame

That's what I had in mind too, not the greatest genetics for only one year

He did steroids in his prime, no doubt about it

All of the guys at that level did, so some of his physique pictures are unrealistic naturally.

But you can improve a ton by going to the gym and building muscle

I have big bones genetics. My uncle is 6'3 and 275 lbs. He is big boned. My frame will widen. I have bbc genetics

That's what I had in mind too, not the greatest genetics for only one year

Reminder: my voice hasnt changed for puberty and I have bbc genetics. My muscle genetics are good

Bro I have bbc genetics though. It's just that I never go to the gym ever. I can get this frame by just doing pushups myself
