I suffer from abused dog syndrome and its destroying my life. I am constatly paranoid and always think all people have a personal problem with me and i an always im flight or fight mode. I always think of the worst possible scenario, whether it being writing a test, driving a car or other daily activities. A little paranoia is okay, but it drains my energy and my sanity. Is there any solution ? (except of course the rope)
