How can you combat cortisol induced weight gain if you cannot avoid stress?

I just discovered that excess cortisol can cause weight gain and make you bloated af, but the problem is I have very severe OCD and nonstop panic attacks and anxiety all day every day so cortisol isn't something I can really avoid, I'm basically a cortisol fiend at this point I'm constantly being drip fed the shit day in day out

I have like the worst beer belly I've ever had and my face is bloated as fuck too, all it takes is seeing a candid pic of myself to see how fucking moonfaced and flabby I've become, and my beer belly is like solid and not squishy, it's very firm to touch

Am I just destined to look like a fucking lump forever? I can't just stop having OCD, anxiety and autism?

have a routine you're most comfortable with
i've ocd , it was severe, so i'm speaking from experience
