How come nobody bullies sexual abusers

people bully good well behaved men but everyone seems to envy or respect violent sexual abusers

I think this is legit observation.

I think it's because people bully people that they can get away for bullying.

And they kiss ass for people from whom they can leech some value.

Usually sexual abusers are just people in power abusing their powers.
