Your nose is fine.

I'd wait until you've recovered fully from your recent surgery and spent some time living as you are before considering other surgeries.

The only two surgeries I would consider are chin implant and rhino. If I really want to make my jaw bigger, I can just do fuller

Your jaw width has looked fine in all of the pictures I've seen. A little narrower than the bizygomatic is consistently proven to be ideal.
