How do I get a thinner neck?

My neck is too thick,and I think it’s one of the things that make my face look bloated. Are there perhaps any exercises that could fix it for me? If yes,which ones?

As weird as it sounds, I started training my neck to make it thicker but it sorta killed off my jawline for a while. I stopped but im not sure if I should keep going. Im just putting my head on the edge of my bed and doing neck "situps" with it
