I'm about 5'11 and 150-160 pounds (have no idea), and I have a naturally lean muscular body due to running but I've been bulking weight so I'm a bit bloated atm. I'm maybe around 13-14% bf normally and 17% right now.
Does anyone have @Arborist 's workout?
My goal is to get my frame to 22 inches and bigger arms and legs in general (I didn't measure my arms and legs lol)
