It's on my nose. Has been there like forever. How do I get rid of it? Can a laser remove it?

What exactly is this spot? Is your skin just red at this spot or is it something like a wound? Nonetheless just slowly put up a concealer mask on this spot and apply more and more each day so people around you think you just got rid of it
