I like to believe that I am a consciousness just inhabiting this body for one lifetime. Then I will go on to occupy another body or return to the realm of consciousnesses. Whether that happens or not, I deal with my mortality by gaining as many experiences as I can in life and by planning to leave a legacy for my name on this Earth, by passing on my genes and perhaps by accomplishing things worthy of going down in the history books or at least wikipedia.
