How do you lose bloat and body fat within a a few days?

I've been on a strict low-carb (less than 25 grams a day) diet and i've only been eating primarily chicken and eggs along with a few vegetables cause I need to eat as I go to the gym.

Is there any way to lose bloat other than drinking lots of water and by reducing my salt/sodium intake?
 
eat lots of potassium, bananas are a cheat code fr, you need to have a higher ratio of potassium in comparision to sodium in your bloodstream

Eat nothing and supplement pottasium and sodium in a 3 or 4 to 1 ratio every day after day 2. Easy. Any "bloat" after that is just bone/bodyfat related.

Jfl at eating anything to "debloat", especially chicken just lol.

idk im 16 i dont take anything, i wanna take hgh, but t3 helps ur metabolism and what i do is try to eat clean, i do calishtenics and swimming + cardio 20min walking on incline
