Extractions can lead to bone loss & your maxilla will sink . Its a guarantee i think . I heard that and elastics should be avoided all together

Elastics just prevent your maxilla from moving forwards i think but extractions are far worse , you will lose literal bone from your face , it’s horrifying. I havent been to the dentist in over 6 years , dont plan on to tbh
