Going the the gym

Sleeping good and at the same time

Lot of sunlight for vitamim d instead of supplement

Drinking bunch of milk and eating as much milk as possible

Eating a bunch and tryin to stay at low bf

Nofap

Supplements

Vitamin k2 (im getting d3 from sun and calcium from milk and eggshells)

Creatine and L-carnetine

Nicotine for dht and lowering estrogen

Probably gonna buy butea superba since it increase dht legit maybe shilajit idk im not so sure to buy shilajit or nah

Chewing (a bit)
Clenching (a bit)

Idk if i should do bonesmashing tho same people say its legit same people say it gonna make u disfigured.Im just wondering only because if i did it now its the best time to do it then later.

I am not into heigt maxxing because im tall already to much tall in my country its a failo im lot more taller then my friends and people same age as me. Also i might do roids later when im like 17 or older but not now.

1. mewing doesnt work
2. chewing and clenching, i thought u didnt like ur big massters or im confusing you with someone else, btw dont do clenching at all.
3. squinting gives you wrinkles, doesn't do anything other than that.

I started chewing to fix my assymetry and why not clenching i clench on a mouthguard
 
this wont really do much of anything its all about hormones brother
