It worked for me. My left eye still has less exposure even after not doing it for many months. Make sure to pull ABOVE the crease or you could potentially create an additional crease. Id also recommend using a thin cloth to pull so you can better grip the skin

I don’t remember exactly but a few weeks. I just pulled for like a minute or two on some days for 30 seconds at a time
