Take out the sausage and it's an actual Syrian lunch I eat frequently.


Tastes really good or maybe I'm always hungry, but can't have alot of calories.

Pretty low I guess.

Bear in mind nobody eats this for breakfast it’s a hangover brunch

Lowest you can get it is 800 if you want it to taste good and fill you up whilst not being unhealthy

The sausages along can be as high as 800 depending on the brand. 3 sausages is easily around 650-800 calories alone, as a Muslim I don’t think you realise how fatty sausages are

Bacon is ironically low calorie with 2 strips only being around 140-180kcal. Eggs sssuming 3 are around 230 with milk maybe an extra 30 calories for scrambled eggs. And bread is about 100 per slice so add 3 that’s buttered and you get around 380-480 calories (depending on how much butter you use)

Mushrooms are extremely low so i won’t measure them. Heinz tin baked beans are around 250-350 per tin depending on brand and if sugar free.


Do the calculations in your head and you’ll end up with the numbers I put out, bear in mind I know this all because I am on a diet and eat English breakfast on it but a low cal option for this reason
