My mk4 finally arrived and I'm planning on taking 15,000 mcg a day. Unfortunate thing is that the pills not only contain mk4, but also mk7, and in order to eat 15,000 mcg of mk4 a day I also have to consume 3,000 mcg of Mk7, which is way more than I have been taken when I had a stack of only mk7 (I took 700 mcg a day)
So my question is: Is 3000 mcg of MK7 safe?
(I knew of all this before I ordered it but my hesitation has only started to grow now, when I ordered it I didn't really give a fuck I was like "aah who gives a shit? Imma have to do whatever it takes, right babe?")
