How to convice my dad to let me drive his car alone

my dad doesnt let me drive his car cuz i dont have a driving license and that im young.Many people my age here in albania drive their car and their parents allow it but mine doesnt.He is scared that they will take his license and then he cant work anymore but the cops here in albania dont say shit they corrupted asf and they dont care so idk why my dad wont let me.

I was thinking on stealing his car but he takes it in work.How should I convince him ?? Manipulate him idk
