If your reward system is fucked you won't have the motivation to achieve anything, it's literally that simple.
CUT BACK ON:
-Fast food/sugary food
-Videogames/porn/tv
-masturbation (yes, all forms of it)
-Drugs (especially weed)
DO MORE:
-Exercise, especially cardio
-Meditation (probably the single best thing for dopamine receptor upregulation)
-Fasting
-Cold showers/wim hof method
I've implemented this more or less for the last year, and my habits and general life outlook are already significantly better. Once you get through the withdrawal period you won't miss the garbage anymore.
