Sometimes your just depressed because of a lack of dopamine which is easily fixed through just taking anti depressants.
In alot of cases though depression is cause by events in your life say you were bullied or your parents split up for example, in this case your best hope is therapy and antidepressants, if you want therapy to work though you have to have the right mindset, if you go into it thinking it won't work its useless.

If I was you I would start going to the gym or exersising as a first step. It's been shown to increase your dopamine and is good for your health, you can go to the gym and do weight training If you want or you could just go for a 40 minute walk or bike ride if you want to.Im not going to the gym or anything don’t exercise
But still have a fit body naturally

Ive been having minimal social contact, the amount of neurotransmitters increased when just saying hallo to someone is incredible.
Even staying home alone for 1 week can be depressing if you dont see no one.
Honestly we arent supposed to be alone. Advantage you may have if your gl, that people will be nicer to you so it will be easier to make friends ofc.

I would also go talk to your doctor about feeling depressed, it's hard to tell by what you've said but maybe you just need antidepressants. I would still look into counselling though if I was you.
When you say you don't feel human is there a reason why say for example you don't like the way you look or the way your treated by others
if i was you i would start off slow, maybe just go the gym once a week for like 30-45 mins for a month and then next month go 2x a week for 1 hour and so on until you reach the level you were at before.thanks. I needed to hear that.
