When I talk about Klinefelters, I mean the actual syndrome itself or Low T and High E traits like narrow shoulders, wide hips, etc. 90% of this forum has either or due to shitty luck and being born with an extra chromosome, or being a soyboy during puberty.
Klinefelters: This is genetic waste tier syndrome. Even every mental illness combined mogs klinefelters. If you have klinefelters, you desperately need to hop on TRT ASAP (or just get Eppley shotgun implants)
The signs:
Narrow Shoulders
Wide Hips
Feminine Pubic Hair
Absence of Balding
Autism
Tall Stature (average klinefelter height is 6’1)
Long Limbs
Gyno
and most importantly
Small Testicles
If you inhibit most of these (especially small testicles), check for klinefelters as you likely have it.
You want to get a Karyotype and then hop on TRT asap, try living a normal lifestyle and going to the gym for 6 months - 1 year.
If nothing changes, rope or hop on more gear. Reminder: There are bodybuilders with klinefelters
As for soy boys who inherited those subhuman traits but don’t have klinefelters, you were a lazy low T cuck during puberty
You likely:
Got less than 5k steps daily
Didn’t workout at all
Ate a shitty and poor diet
And lastly, you were likely in a chair all day playing video games
To fix this, you likely won’t need TRT but just a better lifestyle.
Ideally you want to get:
12K steps daily
Workout atleast 3x a week
Eat a high protein diet in a slight caloric deficit, or surplus depending on your starting base
If you’re above 25% body fat, eat in a deficit. If below 25% body fat, eat in a surplus.
Do this for 6 months - 1 year and if there’s no change(s), you have klinefelters and need TRT
