Blood oxygen levels are what give you that healthy red undertones and is probably what keeps your fat pads alive

What are ways we can increase it? Besides hyperbaric oxygen chamber(too expensive) and the win hof breathing method (cope)

Maybe that stuff the tour de france riders were cheating with. I think it increased red blood cells.

I use hyperventilation, you have a risk to go ko but its worth it. I used it too dive longer when we had diving exams in school
 
1) Butyenko/ Wim Hoff breathing
2) EWOT: exercise with oxygen therapy
3) IHHT: Intervall-hypoxy-hyperoxy-training
4) Hyperbaric chambers
 
Have more blood by having more lean tissue. This is the only answer.

You can’t just make the existing blood store more oxygen. Red blood cells are fully saturated at 99%+ at rest. You can’t just add more red blood cells either. Your blood will become like molasses and then you will die.
