Im a routine freak i eat the same meals everyday so calorie tracking is simple.
Heres my formula for weight loss:
how to know much to lose: current estimated BF % / 20
@85kg = 17.4% BF / 20 = 0.87
85*0.87 = 73.96 (-0.74kg)
lose : 814 calories/day
calculate BF with a calculator online
once you know your weekly weight loss amount eg -0.74kg then calculate that into calories.
1kg is 7700 calories
0.74kg is 5698 calories
5698/7 = 814 calorie daily deficit
my proof is i lost 7kg in 2 months it works.
