I was thinking that maybe flooding with DHT could actually speed up aging and balding? If you use strogen you get better skin and it stops hairloss so it's not fully just detrimental

I don't really like OP's idea. Estradiol valerate isn't an antiandrogen, it's just a short acting ester of estradiol. An anti-androgen would be something like flutamide. Also estradiol enanthate only has a half life of a week. But if you spray a retarded dose onto someone, it could still have a long-lasting effect because there would be so much of it. You only need tiny doses of estradiol to have massive effects (serum concentrations in the average man are 2 orders of magnitude less than total testosterone). Estradiol undecylate would probably be better, longer acting.

If you would want to chemically castrate someone, the best way would be to get them blackout drunk and give them a subQ injection of a megadose of triptorelin and a long lasting estradiol ester. They would be fucked and start to grow tranny breasts etc. But estradiol is not actually that soluble in oil, unlike androgens. I think only 20mg/mL in both oil and DMSO. You'd need a lot of liquid.
