I actually lost weight even though I’m eating way more. I don’t gymmax and only do mild exercise like go on walks sometimes. I was 129 lbs now I’m more like 126.
Yesterday for example I ate 4 eggs 4 cups of milk 2 sticks (1600 cal) of butter 14 tangerines 5 tablespoons honey 5 sweet potatoes 2 small slices of beef 1/2 cup of cacao nibs 20 grams collagen yet I was still hungry throughout the whole day
I’ve been eating as much food as I can get (I have a restricted diet and don’t eat most types of foods) yet I can’t gain weight
