I feel extreme physical pain

I can’t even move properly

since 1+ month I feel extreme pain in my neck region/upper spine and can’t even lay down properly or sleep

sometimes the pain is weaker and I just feel it slightly, sometimes it’s so strong that I have to wrap something around it so I get less blood and feel less pain

it’s hell, it prevents me even from training

it all started when I moved my neck a bit harsher cause it felt uncomfortable
