-granola bar, egg
Lunch
-granola bars, fish fingers, sheimps.
Dinner
-big af meal could be Japanese chicken curry with rice or Bibibup, or beef steak homemade , salmon with sauce.
Ofc 1 gallon of water spreading out throughout the day.
That break and lunch because I try to limit carb face and protein will help me feel satiated during the day. Also less blood sugar crash and less postprandial hypotension and hypoglycemia from small meals.
Big dinner to suffice the total daily calories and fasted 3-4h before bed for better night time wuality sleep.
