my dick was always curved, and I never thought much about it. But my curve was upwards and it was a really angular curve which did invite some odd comments. One girl sucking me off said it was incredibly hard to give head while sitting down and I remember having episodes of ED despite being incredibly healthy both hormonally and mentally (no porn)
I decided to book an urology appointment and post evaluation I do have it. Penis bends up with a degree of 32 (below 30 is not Peyronies) and Ultrasound managed to find a plaque that causes this.
Now what? My doc said I had the milder end of it as I had no erectile pain or problem with urinating. ED manifested itself but I could still occasionally have sex and it did not block me entirely from intercourse albeit certain positions were hard to perform or were uncomfortable. So I will not be needing any surgery.
So far:
Oral meds to reduce plaque
might do injections on plaque to entirely dissolve and remove it
wear a traction device for 2-4 weeks which will straighten my penis and eliminate the angular curve
he also said that I most likely will gain an additional few cms of length post op as the curvature does take some size off of you.
lifefuel I guess?
