I hate self love

I love hating myself and self-loathing. It’s what keeps me going. What does this mean I'm very empathetic I care about others feeling?

I also have emotional trauma wall I'm very disconnected from my feeling due child abuse, ptsd, trauma I haven't taken Any medicine yet I'm thinking of going to my local GP
