I have good bone structure but shit skin, how do i fix?

I currently have shit skin and I am on Accutane to help remedy the problem, although my hair and bone structure are ideal I need to skinmaxx currently have acne as well as smile lines, Tips?

drink as much water as you can, sleep 8 hours everyday and have a good diet
