Same tbh. I've done everything from fasting, keto for months, quitting sugary drinks, megadosing potassium/vit c, and walking six miles a day for long periods

Having a numb finger/toe is a symptom of diabetes because diabetes damages the nerve system, and messes with blood flow. A simple cut on affected areas can be life threatening because it'll never heal and infections can occur in that time period
Wouldnt rope. You still have time to live and the life span of people with diabetes, if treated right, is on average only 6 years shorter than normal people. So you will still get to live till you are old
Yes indeed. I will probably have a mental breakdown at first if there are truly bad news. And would need to fix my life asap with the addictions that i have, so that I can appreciate the time being more and life a more fulfilled life. Now that makes me think, why do i need a wake up call for that, I can start working on this stuff literally today
