Invest in a high quality skincare
Have good sleep
Good diet
Find a hairstyle that you like and fits your head shape and hair type

It an take 30 days before you love yourself or 300 days
As long as your consistent, you'll get better and see a mogger in the mirror (yes ik that sounds cringe, but it helps)

Just give it time, but put in effort; why else are you in a men's self improvement forum if you aren't self improving?

I sleep at least 8 hours per day, I go to bed at 10 at wake up For work at 6, I have a very active job so I have a goo Diet so I can have the energy I need. I have a skincare routine but my skincare doesn’t care
