2 is Expansionist and far more capitalist

My I deal nation would have 15/20 major cities 7/9 of the cities would represent a state

Not to big in size preferably around 100 - 150km2. The country would be a coastal one having access to the ocean/sea.

Stalin did some good stuff but also set in place the motion of events that would lead to the downfall of the Soviet Union so I don't quite like him. Best case scenario would be if Lenin lived and that retarded whore didn't shoot him, second best if Trotsky didn't sperg out like an idiot at the most crucial of times.
