Im still non nt jfl , always was . Its getting better now . I dont have anxiety anymore but im sure im better off mentalmaxxing . I still get nervous around girls

The main positive i honestly got from that was im now less needy with women and it feels like a huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders

The neediness and desire to slay has ruined my psychological well being and it made me nervous around girls for that simple reason . Id say after that experience, my anxiety, my worry and care for females vanished and i find myself approaching more women and my interactions are more genuine and basically im functioning like a normal human being
