There's a fair bit of confusion over whether or not you measure from the top of or the bottom of the eyebrows, and that means a lot of the ratios commonly cited are inaccurate. But you're right. I find it hard to believe Gandy, as an example, is over 1.85 despite his longer philtrum and taller face.

This is probably cope. Lower third, eye area, bone prominence and tons of other things come before this. I think FHWR is BS unless you're on 1 extreme. 1.7+ is fine. 1.4 will be a problem.
