Get a better haircut, it will make your face look more proportionate, compensate for your large forehead. Your mouth also looks kinda small, you should enlarge or stretch it a few mm and enhance the upper lip with a little filler or surgery, it will more harmonious with the rest of the face.
Your eyes are too close to each other, you can't change this, so ascending to Chad I'm afraid is just not possible.
