Looking at your username perhaps it's that you just don't find these things good enough to make you feel enjoyment. Doing enjoyable things while being chronically incel is in a way like doing them while being starved, your primary needs are not being satisfied and so you don't care much about secondary needs. You need to fix the real issue so it's not a vicious circle without end.
