I’m so high rn all the words I say sound like sped up words

The point I wanna say comes into my mind clearly and when I talk I feel like I've gotten carried away. I start speaking faster to the point where I feel like im out of breath and the points in my head are completely jumbled out once they come out fo my mouth.

I don't slow down though, I just stop, and then repeat slower
